Early sketches and 3D model – the path to a new truck design |
||
In 2006, I started developing the idea of a reimagined truck design, where blind spots would be addressed through the shape of the cab itself. The inspiration came from helicopter cockpits, which provide better visibility for pilots – a concept I transferred to a truck. By 2008, the project took a step forward as I built an early 3D model in Alias. This model focused on functionality and solving urban traffic challenges. The design represented a fresh approach to integrating trucks into city environments – not through added technology, but through smarter and more thoughtful design. |
