Beyond transportation and industrial designWhile primarily focused on transportation design, Roug's expertise extends to broader creative applications. During his time in Poland, he has contributed to the design and organization of his wife's psychology practice, which also functions as an art gallery. The premises are used to exhibit works by various artists, creating a unique dual-purpose space. The concept has proven successful - the first artist who exhibited there, Emil Goś, was initially a therapy client who has since developed a thriving art career. |

Own art workRoug himself is also an accomplished artist, creating sustainable artwork using recycled materials. His paintings, primarily created on repurposed materials such as back panels from discarded IKEA furniture, demonstrate his commitment to sustainability and creative reuse. Using accumulated leftover paints, each piece tells its own story through unique color combinations and intuitive composition. This artistic practice complements his design work, showing how creativity can transform both spaces and materials. |
